Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services described below. By using these services, you acknowledge that you have agreed to become a party to and legally bound by these terms and conditions.

First Impression 360° Virtual Tours and Photography:

General Information

The agent or homeowner must be present at the scheduled time of the tour (unless otherwise arranged with First Impression).

A 50% deposit of the total is required to commence work. The balance will be invoiced when the tour link and still images are delivered and is payable upon receipt.

The First Impression photographer will shoot the home as-is. That is, we will not move, straighten or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The photographer will, however, adjust lighting or blinds if it could result in a better image.

The locations of all 360° scenes and still images will be selected at the discretion of the photographer. First Impression claims no responsibility for the photographers selection of scenes or still images.

All requested 360° scenes photographed will be added to the tour unless First Impression deems it to the agents or homeowners best interest to not display a particular scene. This may be the result of poor lighting, bad weather, unclean room or scene, etc.

First Impression will select the best images to present to the agent or homeowner and reserves the right to select images based on composition, visual appeal, angle, lighting, etc.

Virtual tours are only posted to the Internet when all necessary information is provided. Depending on the type of tour, this may include realtors email, web address, office address, applicable phone numbers, MLS number, asking price, address, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. First Impression is not responsible for any delays that are the result of missing or incorrect information.

Once a tour is created, the agent or homeowner will be e mailed a link to the tour. The URL can be pasted into any web site for marketing purposes.

The virtual tour will remain active, and hosted by First Impression for one year. First Impression reserves the right to charge an annual fee (upon client notification) for any tour that requires additional hosting.

All images and media are the sole property of First Impression. All images are governed by the Canadian Copyright Act and First Impression reserves all rights to images, media and content.

Cancellation policy

If on the scheduled shoot day, the home is not clean or presentable and determined to be inappropriate for shooting by the photographer, a $60 fee will be billed to the client.

Once the home has been photographed, the tour may not be cancelled or refunded. The client will be charged the full price of the tour.

If an agent is not happy with the photographs taken of a home, he or she may request a re-shoot, at an hourly rate of $125.

First Impression shall be indemnified against all claims, costs, demands, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from your breach of this Agreement.

First Impression 360° Virtual Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or harm (property, person or otherwise) while shooting virtual tours on-site. We suggest that all expensive or fragile items (not included in sale) be removed from coffee tables, end tables, rooms, etc. We will treat your property with respect and conduct ourselves in a professional and ethical manner.

First Impression 360° Virtual Tours and Photography reserves all rights to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
