First Impression 360° Virtual Tours and Photography was created from a passion for photography, an understanding of home staging and marketing, a drive for promoting the community, a dedication to providing exceptional products and services and a vision to create a company that serves the Sunshine Coast in more ways than just one. We are committed to providing high quality tours and photography to all realtors, business' and tourism groups, as well as offering prompt service and short turn around times, because we are local.
My family and I moved to the Coast in 2003. We were searching for a home to buy via the internet from Squamish. Let me say, we looked online at many, many houses, but none had a virtual tour. And very few had quality pictures. The photographer in me was appalled. The home buyer in me was disappointed. On 4 separate occasions we came to the Coast looking at these houses we had found on the net. And not once did we go home a new home owner. Why? Because if there had been quality images or better yet; a virtual tour, we would have saved our time and money and not even bothered looking at them in person. That right there, is why I started this service. Every home deserves to have quality images taken by a professional with professional equipment.
We use a Panasonic FZ50 with an external flash and tripod with a dual levelling head, as well as, a wide angle lens; to capture every aspect of small rooms. Our camera is 10 mega pixels, so high quality images for print are not an issue. All images are pre-viewed and optimized if needed in Photoshop. Articles of value can also be removed or covered in Photoshop, if they are not able to be moved in person, although we will not compromise the true look of the property or interior by adding or removing objects such as power lines, fire hydrants, trees, grass, views etc.
